Privacy information

Lookup and translation send submitted text to the server. Do not submit passwords or other sensitive information in searches, translations or feedback.

Optional usage statistics

Usage statistics are off by default and consent is not required for dictionary lookup. Use “Usage statistics settings” in the footer to opt in or stop future statistics at any time. Statistics cover page categories, query and result categories and count ranges, duration ranges, website version and download-link clicks. They exclude query text, translation content, email addresses and payment information.

If the statistics service is enabled, consented events are sent to PostHog; network requests also transmit necessary network information such as an IP address. Statistics use a random identifier retained only for the current page session, without linking it to a dictionary account. The browser saves only the statistics choice. Turning statistics off clears the current identifier, and earlier actions are not replayed. Local preview mode checks events locally only.
